XLT Ovens lowers mileage charge, increases customer’s savings
WICHITA, Kan., – Starting Dec. 1, XLT Ovens will reduce their mileage charge from $1.40 to $1.30, helping increase customer’s savings.
“We will continue to adjust as needed and are happy to lower prices when we can,” Peter Goodman, vice president of sales, said.
Goodman said that XLT Ovens continues to plan to evaluate the market as needed and adjust as appropriate.
“We continue to make strides in improving our process and reducing our manufacturing costs, which allows us not to increase oven prices,” Goodman said.
Most recently XLT Ovens has added a second Amada combination laser punch with full automation, and now also has additional lights out fabrication capacity to use for ovens as well new products in development.
?XLT Ovens are the result of nearly seven decades of first-hand manufacturing experience and the design analysis of thousands of conveyor ovens. ?
?Wolfe Electric, the parent company, was founded in the mid-1940s by Roy Wolfe. The four-generation company first manufactured consumer and commercial fan systems and refrigeration products.?
?In the 1980s Wolfe Electric began refurbishing ovens for a major pizza chain. They quickly learned the strengths and particularly the weaknesses in oven design. This experience became the foundation for the expertise that goes into every oven the company manufactures today. ?
