Every product you buy, whether it is an automobile, an airplane, or wristwatch, is eventually going to need service or repair. We hope that XLT ovens last a long time before any repair is needed, but when it does, all you need to do is call us at 1-888-443-2751.

XLT Ovens carry a 2 year warranty, however we encourage our customers to contact us even after the warranty expires. By doing this, we are aware of every failure that occurs, and gives our engineering and production departments an opportunity to design and build better ovens. We understand our ovens better than anyone else, and can offer advice and assistance in getting your conveyor oven fixed quicker and with less expense.

XLT's Service Process
Listed below is XLT's Service Process that works well in holding down costs, getting our customers quick attention and getting our ovens up and running.

1.   Call our 800 number to report any issues. Because the call is placed directly to the factory we will have a record of the issue in our database. As all service requires a call to the factory we are able to      document every issue in real time. This data is very powerful in making continual improvements on our products.

2.   We will trouble shoot problems over the phone. Statistically we find that 50% of the problems can be resolved.

3.     If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, we will generally be able to diagnose the issue and will arrange for an XLT authorized service technician to make a service call with parts needed. At XLT each of our models use the same parts, which keeps inventory more accessible and costs down. We have 25 essential spare parts that can be keep by our service network, chain offices, field managers, or even at the store level if customers feel they need this service.
