After over 60 years of continuous operation, XLT Inc. is a third generation privately held corporation. XLT manufactures a wide range of conveyor ovens and exhaust hoods used in quick service restaurants and other institutions such as casual dining establishments and schools. XLT was started by applying continual improvement processes to existing oven designs found in the market, and by using experience gained from years of working on commercial and industrial mechanical equipment. The XLT product line of conveyor ovens and exhaust hoods represent the culmination of all those years of valuable experience into an affordable, reliable, and best-in-class solution for pizza & other restaurant operators.
