All U.S. domestic warranty work must be initiated by XLT!

If you are in need of warranty work, you must call XLT FIRST – 316-943-2751.  Not doing so will make you responsible for the cost of any repair work and may potentially void your warranty.

This warranty policy allows XLT to manage the service work and eliminate any out-of-pocket expenses to you for eligible and legitimate warranty work.

If you do not see your service company listed, please let your XLT Service Technician know.  The XLT Service Technician can reach out to your preferred service provider to qualify them to work with XLT.  We want to make your equipment service is performed as easily as possible and by providers you can trust.
